Alteration Specialists Ltd was established in 1987 by Steve Brown and has been building in the Manawatu and surrounding areas ever since. 

As Registered Master Builders, all new homes and additions built by Alteration Specialists come with a 10-year guarantee and peace of mind.  The quality of our work is shown by the many awards we have won in the Master Builders House of the Year competitions.  All our carpenters are trade qualified and are licensed under the Licensed Building Pracitioner scheme.
