Free quotes
If you have a full set of plans drawn up, we can provide a free quote. We can either quote directly off the plans, or meet you on site to discuss your ideas before we price it. Our quotes are detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for.
We can also provide free quotes for smaller scale work that does not require full plans or a building consent.
What sort of work we do
We specialize in alterations and additions, but also build new homes and do maintenance and repair work. Our alteration work has ranged from building on a new deck, or knocking out internal walls to alter the flow and size of rooms, or refurbishing an existing bathroom, to doubling the size of an existing house through the addition of an extension or second storey. Our key goal in alteration work is to make sure the renovation is in keeping with the style of the house. If we have done our job properly, you shouldn’t be able to tell we have been there – there should be a seamless flow between the alterations and the original building.
